Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation

Customers have the legal right to cancel an order within a period of 14 days after delivery of the product and without giving reasons.  This entails a return to the seller within 14 days of the cancellation (with a valid tracking number, undamaged in its original package). The price of the article will be re-imbursed including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs and Customs charges (if any) in case of a cancellation cannot be re-imbursed.

Returns

Beyond 14 days after delivery and in case of a production or construction failure, the customer can request a partial or full refund under warranty terms if an item cannot be repaired or replaced.  A refund may not be granted if the problem is minor such as an optical scratch. In the event of irrepairable damage or repeated failure of the same type, Positech Design may replace the unit, within the terms of the original warranty.
