Return Policy

Orders can be cancelled within a period of 14 days after delivery of the product.  This implies a return to the seller within 14 days of the cancellation (with a valid tracking number, undamaged in its original package). Return shipping costs and Customs charges (if any) cannot be re-imbursed. The price of the article will be re-imbursed including the original posting charge.

After 14 days, you can request a partial or full refund if it is not possible to repair or rep   lace the goods.  A refund may not be granted if the problem is minor such as an optical scratch. In the event of irrepairable damage or repeated failure of the same type, Positech Design may replace the unit, within the term of the original warranty.
